External walls of Laterite Stone / Brick Masonry & the external furnish partly exposed laterite stone & part plastered as shown on drawings. Internal walls will be furnished in Plaster of Paris with acrylic emulsion paint and the external plastered walls will be painted with weather shield paint.
Flooring: Vitrified tiled flooring in Living, Dining, Study and Bedrooms. Exterior ceramic tiles for Balconies & Terraces. Ceramic tiles for Bathrooms/Toilets and dados up to door height.
Kitchen: Granite Counter top with double bowl stainless steel sink with ceramic disk single-lever faucet. Ceramic tile dado for the counter top.
Bathrooms: Granite vanity top, elegant sanitary fittings including washbasin, water closet, basin mixer, shower mixer, towel rail, soap holder, paper holder, clothes line, shower curtain rail, and provision for exhaust fan.
